OUR STORY
SKA Developments is a family-run property business with roots in Huddersfield's industrial past. Established in 1975 SKA Textiles, the company was known for producing high quality technical fabrics before evolving into property development in the early 2000s.
Since then, we've grown into a group of specialist property brands, with a focus on creating high-quality spaces for people to live, work and thrive across West Yorkshire.
